What Are Saved Reports?
Saved Reports let you store a report’s KPIs, filters, and group-by setup—so you never start from scratch again.
What gets saved (and what doesn’t)
- Saved: Metrics like Clicks, Impressions, Sessions, Installs, Uninstalls; filters like Agency, Partner, Geo, Campaign, City.
- Not saved: Date range. You pick fresh dates each time you open the report.

- A manager tracking Partner + Campaign performance opens a ready-made layout in seconds.
- A performance lead reviewing Installs by Geo loads the exact view they trust—no reconfiguration.
- Teams can store up to 100 reports per app, searchable and sortable by name, created date, or last accessed.
You can rename, delete, and search saved reports. If a report powers active schedules, you’ll see a warning before deletion. Clean, safe, and fast.
What Are Scheduled Reports?
Scheduled Reports take any saved report and email it automatically at your chosen cadence.
Flexible scheduling:-
- Date windows: Yesterday, Last 7/14/30 days, Last/This month, or custom rolling range
- Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
- Time: Precise HH: MM in your app’s timezone
Real-world scenarios:-
- Every Monday at 9 AM, leadership gets the Last 7 Days Partner Performance as a CSV.
- Daily at 8 AM, the ops team receives Yesterday’s Install Metrics by Geo.
