On July 25, 2025, Apptrove and Havas Media Network collaborated to host a thought-provoking agency workshop session as part of the D.A.T.A. (Data Attribution & Targeting for Apps) Workshop Series. This exclusive event brought together leaders from industries of marketing, media, and mobile technology to share their real-world experience and challenges in building smarter, more data-driven campaigns.

With mobile marketing growing rapidly, the motive of the session was clear: streamline complex workflows, sharpen insights, and make mobile marketing truly effective across the funnel.

A Deep Dive into Full-Funnel Campaign Optimization

The agenda of the session was “Mastering the Full Funnel” — and it wasn’t just words. The workshop focused on real life , day-to-day challenges that marketers face when running paid campaigns across multiple channels and geographies.

Apptrove’s Udit Verma, Co-Founder & CMO, started the event by explaining  the importance of  postback data in effective campaign attribution. Without clear , real time data, it’s almost impossible to make the right decisions. He explains how simple mistakes in attribution can lead to massive setbacks — and how setting up smooth postback flows can help avoid them.

Next, Anchal Siwag, Associate Director – Customer Success, briefed the audience on how to effectively retarget your customers. She focused on how payload structures plays a key role in retargeting effectiveness — and why brands need a unified data strategy to increase the retention of customers. She shared examples of how automation helped clients scale retargeting campaigns while keeping costs low

Shloka S., Sales Manager at Apptrove, rounded off the panel by spreading light on the challenges of multi-region campaign management. She gave examples of some real marketing approaches of clients who managed to unify their campaigns across multiple regions like India, MENA, and Southeast Asia by using a streamlined marketing automation plan. Her focus on real use cases raised plenty of questions and thoughtful discussion among attendees.

Real Conversations, Practical Solutions

What made this workshop different was the open, collaborative insights of the panel. Instead of just listening to slides, attendees participated in thoughtful conversations. Topics ranged from attribution delays and partner-level inconsistencies to the pros and cons of different MMP setups.

Everyone in the room had one goal: how to make data work smarter — not just bigger. The talk was about how to make things more efficient, clear, and collaborative, whether it was by streamlining campaign flows, speeding up the time it takes to get insights, or working better with media buying teams.
